Account Director


Leading and managing Channel T’s social media offer for key brands and exceed client expectations. Define clear objectives and a valued role for social within the communications mix for these brands.



  • Leading conversation calendar development for brand. Understanding customer marketing calendar, ideation of content with creative team/social planner, and development of content (image/video/copy) in conjunction with design team.
  • Key client contact for social. Running regular meetings with client teams and partners.
  • Moderation of social communities, and managing client escalations (in line with content planning, policies and guidelines).
  • Conversation calandar organisation and development
  • Involvement in annual social planning in conjunction with social planning Manager.
  • Working with Account Director to provide insight to clients about trends, issues, competitive activity, opportunities and threats within social.
  • Timely and insightful reporting developed in conjunction with Channel T analytics area in regards to social calendar performance and also campaign performance.
  • Managing campaign briefs over and above calendar.  Able to articulate a client opportunities and briefs internally so that we are able to respond with a compelling proposal of services.


Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • A personal passion and involvement in Social media – ‘more than just a job’.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing social communities for significant brands. Preferably within a fast paced agency environment.
  • Strong social platform knowledge  (including Twitter, Facebook, communities, Instagram, YouTube etc.) and proven track record of implementing and maintaining Social Media Best Practice.
  • Experience with content ideation and content development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to build trusting relationships with clients.

Associate Creative Director Content



To develop high quality video and motion graphics content.


  • The individual will be responsible for the creation of video content including; animated explainer videos, and live action edits with complimentary graphics.
  • Work with creative team in planning and contributing to the creative concept and identifying potential film treatments that address the concept.
  • Working with film shoot team and project manager from pre-production
    to final edit.
  • Taking concept and treatment to storyboard and script, with support from copywriter.
  • Producing finished video. Integration of animation, art, audio and music.
  • Editing video to a high standard and curation of assets for channel.
  • Keeping up to date with fast moving industry trends including software.



Ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience:

  • A degree in Film/television or Multimedia.
  • 2 years plus post graduate experience is desirable. Experience with content ideation and content development (image/video/copy).
  • Highly proficient in the use of Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Premiere; an ability to use software such as Cinema 4D and Adobe Audition is highly valued.
  • Strong artistic eye for graphic design and skills in creative content creation, with an extensive knowledge of moving image and current animation techniques. Sharp eye for composition, with a strong feel for story telling and timing. An extensive knowledge of video compression and codecs is also desirable.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience with content ideation and content development.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, and a team player.
